This class introduces athletes to tumbling and helps to improve flexibility, gain body control, and improve balance. |
This class is recommended for students that have obtained all intro class level skills and are looking to improve their tumbling. They will use specific drills to help them strengthen their standing back handspring and back handspring series. |
This class will help athletes progress to learn the proper technique for a roundoff back handspring tuck, layout, and/or full. |
Beginners welcomed! No skills required to enroll into this class. |

Upon enrolling, a safety waiver must be completed and a card must be on file for auto debit. Monthly payments will be processed on the 2nd of each month.

My athlete is new to cheer! Where do we start?
Welcome to cheerleading! For new athletes, we recommend starting in our Intro to Tumbling class to learn body awareness and control as well as the basics and fundamentals of tumbling! In order to level up from this class, athletes will need to demonstrate a front walkover and back walkover with strong technique.

Do athletes need prior experience to enroll?
No! Our tumbling classes welcome beginners and help athletes progress safely through skill levels.

What do I need to do before my athlete's first class?
All first-time athletes must complete a safety waiver prior to attending their first class. When completing this waiver, be sure to provide your ATHLETE'S information as it will be used to create their membership account.

What should my athlete wear to class?
Athletes should attend class in comfortable athletic wear that they can move in (i.e., athletic shorts/leggings, sports bra, t-shirt) and athletic or cheer shoes.

What if my athlete cannot attend a class and I need to cancel for that day?
In the event your athlete cannot make it to a class, you must notify us 8 hours before the class that they will miss. If you do not notify us prior to missing a class, regardless cancellation reason, you will not be able to make up the class missed. To notify us of a class cancellation, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 702-778-2939 and leave a message to let us know you will not be attending.
