Our Summit-winning Performance Rec Elite teams are for dedicated athletes who thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.

performance prep

Our prep teams are perfect for athletes building strong cheer fundamentals while gaining competitive experience. 

• Practice once per week
• No travel commitments
• Limited competition schedule
• Level 1-3 progressions 

mid-season

An 8-week program that offers athletes a flexible pathway into competitive cheer without the full-year commitment. 

• Practice once per week
• Stunts, tumbling & jumps
